Founded by Josefina Fragante in Algeciras, the shop began as a small business to make Filipino and other Asian ingredients accessible to everyone in southern Spain. By 2005, Asian Market proudly opened its physical store in Guadiaro, just minutes from Sotogrande, becoming a trusted destination for locals and expats seeking genuine Asian products.

Asian Market has been part of the community for more than two decades. As demand grew and more families searched for authentic Asian ingredients, Josefina expanded and opened the physical store in Guadiaro in 2005, just a few minutes from Sotogrande.
